Fusing transitional styles with eclectic and contemporary touches and a trace of whimsy is the personal signature of Maureen McGough Interior Design.
Maureen mixes materials – wood, glass, metal and acrylic. Then she adds texture in fabrics, trims, floor coverings and wall coverings. She often uses neutral colored traditional furniture as a backdrop for colorful, contemporary artwork and accessories.
Maureen particularly likes glass accessories, which capture sunlight, and beads and decorative stones on window coverings and cornices. Her ideas come from her travels to the top design shows in the United States and Europe.
